Using the Indent Press:

Rolling Method: Roll out your cake pop dough to your desired thickness using a rolling guide. Cut out the numbers with the cutter, then align and press the indent press for detailed shaping.
Weighing Method: Weigh out individual portions of dough, press them into the number cutter/stamp, then use the indent press to add details before removing the shape.
Without the Indent Press:
Rolling Method: Roll out your dough evenly, cut out the numbers, and they’re ready to go!
Weighing Method: Weigh and press the dough into the cutter to shape, then remove for a simple, smooth design. Keep in mind that numbers with larger surface areas (like 8 and 9) may naturally be thinner than numbers like 1 or 4.
