How to Use the Book Cake Pop Cutter

For best results, use room-temperature cake pop dough rolled to approximately 16 mm (5/8 inch) thick.

Lightly dust the inside of the cutter and matching plunger with cornstarch to help prevent sticking and achieve a clean release.

Press the cutter firmly into the rolled dough. Use the matching plunger to release the cutout onto your work surface, or lift the cutter with the dough inside before releasing it.

The cutter can also be used with other moldable edible mediums, including fondant, modeling chocolate, cookie dough, brownies, and cereal treats.
